Our Story
Hi, we’re Lizz and Francis Duggan, beach lovers and travel enthusiasts with a deep love for Cocoa Beach and everything Florida’s Space Coast has to offer. Our journey began with a shared passion for travel, the ocean, and creating beautiful spaces. After staying in countless vacation rentals across the country, we were inspired to bring our favorite elements home and create The Shark Tank Cocoa Beach, a unique retreat just steps from the beach.
In 2020, we made the Space Coast our home and fell in love with its laid back charm, surf culture, and close knit community. With a focus on comfort, style, and eco-friendly touches, we renovated each unit at The Shark Tank to reflect the coastal lifestyle we adore, blending seaside charm with modern design. Today, The Shark Tank is professionally managed through our co-hosting company, Space Coast Co-Hosts!

Yes, each unit includes one free parking spot in the driveway. Additional vehicles can use paid street parking directly in front of the property.

Are pets allowed?
